THIS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION
On October 7, 2014, the City Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment from MDR-4 and MDC-2 to a "Planned Development" designation, Development Agreement, Development Review, Vesting Parcel Map, Street Vacation (V-409), and Findings of Public Convenience or Necessity for a mixed-use project at 3401 W. Olive Avenue, in conjunction with certifying a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR). The City Council meeting agenda and staff report are available online.
The project includes building a mixed-use residential and retail development with 241 rental units, a 42,950 square foot grocery store, and 760 parking spaces on a 3.86 acre site. The project also included the vacation of North Avon Street between Alameda Avenue and Olive Avenue, two adjacent alleys, and a public service easement.
On August 25, 2014, the Planning Board recommended approval of the project to the City Council, including certification of the FEIR. The Planning Board meeting agenda and staff report are available online.

The City of Burbank prepared a Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Talaria at Burbank Mixed-Use Project. A copy of the document is available for viewing at the Planning Division office at 150 North Third Street in Burbank.
