The Planning and Transportation Division is currently in the process of developing a Pedestrian Master Plan. The purpose of the plan is to provide policies, programs, and design guidelines that will enable the City of Burbank to foster a safer, more attractive and usable pedestrian environment for Burbank residents and visitors.
How walkable is your neighborhood? What can the City do to improve the pedestrian network near where you live or work? We want your ideas about how the City can improve its sidewalks, crosswalks, and pedestrian paths. Community outreach will play an important role in the development of the Pedestrian Master Plan and will help staff determine how to most effectively improve the quality of the pedestrian environment for Burbank residents and visitors. Over the next several months, please check back here for a list of events and locations where you can fill out our pedestrian needs survey in person, ask questions, and provide feedback on our efforts.
UPDATE: The survey is now available online! If you would like to take our pedestrian needs survey, please click on the following image or on the link below.
