Burbank Civic Pride is a group of community volunteers working with the Public Information Office to encourage and promote civic involvement and pride in our community.  

Some of Burbank Civic Pride’s on-going efforts include:

Holiday Outdoor Decorating Contest - By recognizing residents who decorate their homes, Civic Pride encourages a feeling of hometown pride.

Plant-A-Tree Month & National Arbor Day - Civic Pride invites community members, organizations, and businesses to participate in Plant-a-Tree Month! Your generous contributions will go toward raising funds to purchase new trees to be planted this year throughout Burbank.

Senior King and Senior Queen Contest- Civic Pride is seeking individuals who have had a positive impact on their community! Download an application and get more information here. 

I Love Burbank buttons - A popular item which Civic Pride has distributed for several years.

Make a Difference Day - A community-wide volunteer effort to collect food donations for the Burbank Temporary Aid Center. 

Get Out the Vote - During past Burbank elections, Civic Pride has conducted a campaign to encourage registered Burbank voters to vote in the local elections, using street banners, ads in the newspaper, signs on the sides of the refuse trucks, and 'vote' buttons.

Civic Pride Booths - Civic Pride distributes City information and promotes civic engagement by hosting booths at community events.
