City Partners With Hope Of The Valley Rescue Mission
This is the third consecutive year of partnership in the winter shelter program
BURBANK, CA (December 4, 2018) – Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission will be operating a 138-bed emergency winter shelter for homeless individuals in the City of Pacoima at the Greater Community Missionary Baptist Church. The shelter will operate as a pick-up and drop-off shelter from December 4, 2018, through March 30, 2019. A shuttle pick-up will serve Burbank daily from 5:15PM–5:30PM at the Downtown Burbank Metrolink Station. Clients utilizing the shelter will receive two meals, blankets, connection to housing services, medical services, social services, and other resources.
