Golden State Neighborhood Protection Plan – Virtual Community Meeting
Join the City of Burbank for a virtual community meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 5:30pm, to learn more about the Golden State Neighborhood Protection Plan (NPP) and share your input.
The NPP is being developed in response to community concerns about potential impacts from future residential development and will move forward alongside the upcoming Golden State Specific Plan. Phase 1 of this NPP will focus on neighborhoods north of Empire Avenue and south of San Fernando Boulevard.
