Golden State Neighborhood Protection Plan – In Person Community Meeting
Join the City of Burbank for an in-person community meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 6:00pm, to learn more about the Golden State Neighborhood Protection Plan (NPP) and share your input. The meeting will be held at the Community Services Building located at 150 N. Third Street, Burbank, CA 91502 - Community Room 104.
The NPP is being developed in response to community concerns about potential impacts from future residential development and will move forward alongside the upcoming Golden State Specific Plan. Phase 1 of this NPP will focus on neighborhoods north of Empire Avenue and south of San Fernando Boulevard.
