Downtown TOD Specific Plan – Community Open House #2
The Community Development Department invites you to a Community Open House for the Downtown Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Specific Plan Project. Following extensive community engagement and technical analysis, the Draft Specific Plan Policy Document is now available for public review. The Open House will provide an overview of the proposed vision, policies, and development standards for Downtown Burbank, with an opportunity to share feedback before the Specific Plan moves toward adoption.

Presentation and Q&A - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Open House - 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM
The Draft Specific Plan Policy Document and project information are available at www.DowntownBurbankTOD.com . Hard copies may be viewed at the Planning Division and City Clerk public counters, as well as the Burbank Central, Buena Vista Branch, and Northwest Branch libraries.
