Craft Faire at Burbank Water and Power
BWP is proud to support our partner, the Burbank Tournament of Roses Association (BTORA), at its annual Craft Faire Fundraiser. Bring family and friends and help raise funds for Burbank's 2027 Tournament of Roses float. Enjoy food trucks, handmade crafts for purchase, and plenty of giveaways. While you're here, explore BWP.
MAGNOLIA POWER PROJECT TOURS
Have you always wanted to see the power plant up close? Join us for a guided site tour and learn about our high-efficiency, natural gas-fueled, combined-cycle power plant. It can operate at up to 310 megawatts! Learn what that means, how much power Burbank needs in a day, and how the plant fits into our energy portfolio. Tours take place outdoors around the power plant. Tours last one hour and start at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. For your safety, closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required. No high heels, please.
ECO CAMPUS MINI TOURS
See our campus conservation projects, including solar power and rooftop gardens. Tours run 15 minutes and start at 10:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:45 p.m., and 1:45 p.m.
