DESCRIPTION:On November 18th\, the Community Development Department: Planni
 ng\n  Division will be having a study session with the Burbank City Counci
 l\n  to provide an update on the progress of Media District Specific Plan\
 n  (MDSP) Update Project. Staff will give a general overview of the draft\
 n  changes that were made to the Administrative Draft MDSP document\, in\n
   response to public comments that were received\, since the draft\n  docu
 ment was released to the public for review last year. \nIn addition\, Staf
 f will provide City Council an update on the\n  progress of the draft Prog
 ram Environmental Impact Report (Program\n  EIR) that was prepared for the
  MDSP Update Project.\nWe thank the public for their continued participati
