Sites of Environmental Concern

Lists of contaminated and potentially contaminated sites are maintained by the U.S. EPA and California State Agencies such as the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The following databases may be researched for sites located in the City of Burbank:

State Water Resources Control Board  (SWRCB)

The SWRCB now provides a consolidated search site called GeoTracker that allows access to databases for Underground Storage Tanks (UST); Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System (LUSTIS); Spills, Leaks, Investigation and Clean-ups (SLIC); Wells; Land Disposal Sites; and DOD Sites (Military and Federal facility clean-ups).
