Office Visits

We recognize that sales representatives are a valuable source regarding product information. Suppliers are urged to contact Purchasing to schedule an appointment before visiting in order to productively utilize our time and yours. The Purchasing Division Buyers are available by appointment only on the first Thursday of each month from 8:00 AM to Noon. To request an appointment, please email BurbankPurchasing@burbankca.gov and include your company name and a brochure or website to the products/services your organization provides.
