If you’re looking to make a difference in the Burbank community, become a member of the Burbank Volunteer Program (BVP)!  BVP has over 750 active volunteers from ages  12 – 103 years old and serves a variety of nonprofit and public organizations including:

  • Boys and Girls Club
  • Burbank Temporary Aid Center
  • City of Burbank Parks and Recreation Department
  • Family Promise of the Verdugo Hills
  • Many more!

Whether you are looking to complete high school service learning requirements, have a few spare hours a month or have recently retired and are looking to make an impact in the lives of others, BVP can assist in finding the perfect match for your availability and interests.

All volunteers are required to complete a BVP Enrollment Form.  All volunteers 18+ years of age will be required to be fingerprinted (*Fingerprinting paperwork will be provided at time of interview if necessary.)

Project Hope - Burbank Volunteer Program pairs individuals with volunteers who assist with running errands, grocery shopping, and companionship. For Burbank residents 55+ and individuals with physical disabilities.  Please contact us at 818.238.5370 for more information.
