Join Us for a Public Workshop for the City of Burbank Media District Specific Plan Update

Burbank, CA (September 14, 2022) – The City of Burbank, in partnership with the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), is updating the Media District Specific Plan.

This update will focus on developing and implementing policies and programs to remove barriers to housing production, streamline the permitting process and introduce practical design standards for new development. This means opportunities to foster a stronger jobs/housing balance within a safe, beautiful, and thriving community that embraces future mobility investments. 
 
We welcome your input as we update the Plan. Our first public workshop will provide an overview of the project including priorities and timeline and seek your input on the vision and priorities needed to update the Plan for the Media District.
