The 2022 General Municipal Election will be held on November 8, 2022

State Senator Anthony J. Portantino (D – La Cañada Flintridge) announced today that his budget request to create and fund a regional affordable housing trust between the cities of Pasadena, Burbank, and Glendale was approved. 

All Burbank residents and businesses will be required to participate in the new citywide Organics Recycling Program

BWP will be accepting applications for a new assistance program starting July 1

City of Burbank offices and buildings will be closed on Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day.

The Starlight Bowl is excited to announce the return to a full concert season for 2022.  The City of Burbank’s Summer Concert Series opens with a 4th of July celebration event including a brilliant fireworks display and performances by The Company Men and The Soul of Broadway featuring Impossible Dreams star, Terron Brooks.  

As the 4th of July holiday approaches, we are reminded that all fireworks, including “Safe and Sane”, are illegal in the City of Burbank.
