Burbank City Council declares October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month

On Tuesday, October 4, 2022, the Burbank City Council declared October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month bringing awareness to the issues surrounding domestic violence (DV) and to educate citizens about the resources available in the community. Burbank City Council and the Police Department work alongside community partners such as the Domestic Violence Task Force (DVTF) and Zonta Club of Burbank to end DV, ensure the safety and security of families, and provide critical resources to the Burbank community.
