Burbank Expands Available Services on the Our Burbank 311 Mobile App

Burbank, CA (October 3, 2022) – In January 2022, the City of Burbank launched the Our Burbank 311 Mobile App, an app designed to improve how residents, businesses, and visitors obtain city related information, and request services like bulky item pickup and street repairs.

The City’s Information Technology Department has expanded the app’s available services to now include reporting power or electrical concerns and issues with water waste, as well as reporting traffic concerns like problems with traffic lights, traffic signs, and more.

“The Our Burbank 311 mobile application has been a great tool for both our residents and City staff. It’s made it easier for residents to easily connect with City government and allowed staff to quickly address the public’s concerns and requests,” said Mayor Jess Talamantes. “I look forward to seeing even further expansion and growth of the Our Burbank 311 mobile app.”

The new Our Burbank 311 App is available on both Apple iPhone and Android platforms and can be downloaded for free from the Apple iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store.
