Burbank Public Library Restores Full Hours of Service

BURBANK, CA (May 12, 2021) – After 14 months of service disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Burbank Public Library will be restoring full hours of service beginning May 16, 2021. As part of this restoration, hours of service at the Northwest Branch Library have been adjusted to provide improved access to that neighborhood.

“We are thrilled to be back in a position where we can restore full evening and weekend hours at our libraries,” said Elizabeth Goldman, Library Services Director. “We thank our users and staff for rolling with all the changes through the past year.”

The Northwest Library will now be open Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm, which along with hours at the Buena Vista Library from 1-5 pm Sundays gives the community a full day of service on Sundays. Additionally, the Northwest Library will now be open Tuesday nights until 8 pm.
