City of Burbank Hosts Virtual Veterans Job Fair
BURBANK, Calif. (April 8, 2021) – The City of Burbank’s Workforce Connection Office will host a Virtual Veterans Job Fair on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At this event, veterans and members of the public will have the opportunity to connect with valid employment opportunities through real-time chats and video interviews.
Job seekers should register in advance, set up their digital profile and upload their photo, cover letter and resume. Registration can be placed in advance online at https://portal.premiervirtual.com/event/register-jobseeker/6949-city-burbank-veterans-fair
“This is the City’s 8th Annual Veteran’s Job Fair, but our first time going virtual. We are eager to provide employment connection services to job seekers through this digital platform, and hope participants will take advantage of the resources and potential employment opportunities made available to them through this unique experience,” said Management Services Director Betsy McClinton.
