Parking citations may be paid by mail with a check or money order made payable to the City of Burbank. Payments should be sent to:

Low Income Individuals
Under California Vehicle Code (CVC) Section 40220, low-income individuals can request to make installment payments for parking tickets. You must apply within 120 days of getting the ticket, or within 10 days after the result of an administrative hearing — whichever is later.
