As a member, you'll get:
- Emergency medical care and ambulance transportation from the Burbank Fire Department
- Transport to the nearest local hospital - as often as needed
- 24/7 coverage for emergencies within Burbank
- Coverage for all permanent household members listed in your enrollment form
How It Works
- Sign up for the program.
- Call 9-1-1 in an emergency.
You'll receive care like any other patient.
- We'll bill your insurance after services are provided.
- We'll cover the rest.
If insurance doesn't pay the full amount, you won't pay anything out of pocket.
- No insurance? Your membership fee counts as full payment.
This program isn't an insurance plan - it's a way to reduce or eliminate your emergency medical costs.
Cost & Payment Options
- Monthly: $7.00 added to your Burbank Water & Power Bill.
- Annual: $84.00 for 12 months (paid by check)
