Information Needed
When you call to request the report, you will need to provide the following information:
- Incident date
- Incident address
- Any special information or circumstances (if applicable)
- Your contact information (name, phone number and email address)
Guidelines
Fire Investigation Reports cannot be released until the investigation has been closed. Each investigation is unique and may take extended periods of time to be resolved.
There is a $25.00 fee for each Fire Investigation Report. Payment will be required when the report is ready for release.
