According to Calfornia Health & Safety Code §25535.2 and Title 19 of California Code of Regulations §2745.2(c), Risk Management Plans (RMPs) shall be made avalabile for public review and comment for a period of 45 days.
All public comments received will be considered part of the faciltiy's California Accidental Release Prevention Program (CalARP) RMP evaluation review.
