The Community Development Department provides various parking permits for residents and businesses who seek to utilize City parking facilities or on-street parking on a daily or monthly basis. Part of this effort includes developing parking management plans, managing public parking structures and lots, and providing parking enforcement.

Notice to Monthly Public Parking Permit Holders – FIFA World Cup 2026™ Fan Zone

The Los Angeles World Cup 26™ Fan Zone is coming to Downtown Burbank on Saturday, July 18, and Sunday, July 19, 2026.

Monthly Public Parking Permits are valid Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., only and are not valid on weekends. Event parking rates will apply to vehicles entering the parking garages.
