Building permits are required for residential and commercial construction including new construction, additions, remodels, improvments, and alterations. The Building & Safety Division encourages customers to utilize our online services whenever possible.

Counter Services Offered

  • Pay for a permit
  • Apply for a repair and maintenance permit (no Zoning review required)
  • Meet with Plan Check staff for plans (no Zoning review required)

ProjectDox Scheduled System Maintenance Notice

We would like to inform you that our ProjectDox system will be temporarily unavailable from September 10 through September 12 due to a scheduled system upgrade.

During this time, access to the portal, files, tasks, and application features will be unavailable. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improve system performance, security, and reliability.

We recommend planning accordingly and completing any necessary tasks before the scheduled downtime.

Registration for the Earthquake Brace + Bolt seismic retrofit program closed December 1, 2021. Qualifying homeowners were selected through a random drawing and then notified by the State program if they were selected or on the waiting list.
