To view the Agenda and all pertinent documents for an upcoming meeting click on ”Agenda” under Upcoming Events.
Videos for all archived meetings are arranged by date, with the most recent at the top of the list. Minutes will be available after approval. You can also search the archives by typing keywords into the Search box. An asterisk (*) denotes that these meetings are not archived; only Agendas and/or Minutes are available.

eComment is a feature available on City Council, Planning Commission, and Park, Recreation and Community Services Board meetings. eComment provides an opportunity to comment on specific items up for discussion on these agendas. Once the agenda for that meeting body has posted, click on the eComment link next to the agenda link to leave a comment on specific items on that agenda. Members of the public are encouraged to attend public meetings of the City Council and the City's Boards, Commissions and Committees. The City Council generally meets on Tuesdays at 6:00pm. Auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals with speech, vision, or hearing impairments (48-hour notice is required.)
The Presiding Officer has the discretion to reduce speaking time for each speaker, depending on the number of speakers, in order to ensure that City business can be completed at a reasonable hour.
