Youth Leadership Program
The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) facilitates opportunities for high school students to earn volunteer service learning hours, develop confidence in leadership skills, learn about educational and career opportunities, build their personal resumes, network with fellow high school students, and get to know the City of Burbank and its leaders.
The 2025/2026 Burbank Youth Leadership Program Application is now closed. Applications for the 2026/2027 session will be available in August 2026.
