Library: Toot-Toot! Beep-Beep! A "Things That Go" Party for Families
Children ages 2-5 and their caregivers are welcome to bring their favorite toy car, truck, or train to the library to enjoy fun, transportation themed literacy activities!
Bring them to the Buena Vista Branch for an afternoon of fun activities on wheels that promote learning and literacy! There will be books, crafts, a car parade, as well as plenty of ramps and carpet tracks for rolling your favorite car over, under, and through!
Building learning opportunities around your child's interests (cars, trucks, and things that go) makes the sometimes intimidating concepts of numbers, letters, or shapes more approachable.
No registration required, however supplies are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
