Community Meeting: ADU Zone Text Amendment
The City of Burbank Planning Division will be holding a virtual community meeting to consider a proposed Zone Text Amendment (ZTA) to modify the existing development standards for accessory dwelling units (ADU) and junior accessory dwelling units (JADU) in all single-family and multifamily residential zones, and any lots with existing single- family or multifamily uses to ensure consistency with changes to government code sections 65852.2 and 65852.22.
This is an informational meeting only to give the public the oppurtunity to provide feedback and ask questions to staff. No decisions will be made at this meeting.
