Virtual, SB35 Informational Community Meeting Happening July 26, 2023!

The City of Burbank's Planning Division invites you to participate in a virtual SB35 Informational Community Meeting on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 6:00 PM.

The City of Burbank has received inquiries about three SB35 residential projects located between North Hollywood Way and North Buena Vista Street along Empire Avenue. The projects that will be discussed include the project at 2814 Empire Ave. of 148 of units; the project at 3000 Empire Ave. 337 of units, and the project at 3001 Empire Ave. of 131 of units.  The purpose of this informational meeting will be to provide an overview of the SB35 process, the role of the City Staff in the review of the projects, and to provide an overview of each project. Following the overview, staff will dedicate the remainder of the meeting to take in comments and questions.

This is an informational meeting only, to give the public the opportunity to learn about the SB35 law and the details of the three SB35 projects. No decisions regarding the projects are being made at the meeting.  For more information about the meeting, please contact the project planners identified below:
