Join us for  Spring Fling, a special meeting of the Friends of the Burbank Public Library (Friends). Enjoy a light lunch while hearing from Library staff about the impact of dollars raised by the Friends. Learn more about volunteer opportunities and other ways to get involved.  Please RSVP for lunch by May 15 via email at: [email protected] or call the Friends bookstores at 818-238-5636 or 818-238-5635.

The Friends of the Burbank Public Library is an independent, non-profit organization incorporated in 1980. The all-volunteer group is vitally interested in promoting books and the Library to the community. The Friends raises funds to support the Library's collection, services, and programs. The Friends operates two bookstores, one at Central Library and one at the Buena Vista Branch, where they sell gently used books, CDs, Blu-ray & DVDs. They also run pop-up book sales throughout the year, and provide tax prep help during tax season, and other activities. All proceeds for valuable Library activities including Summer Reading performers, children's year-round programming, author talks, enhanced book and eBook collections, and more.

Consider joining the Friends of the Library and work together to support the Library. Learn more at: https://burbanklibrary.org/friends
