The City of Burbank is exploring the possibility of establishing a Business Improvement District
(BID) in Magnolia Park. BIDs are non-profit organizations where area property owners assess
themselves to pay for services and programs such as maintenance, security, unified branding,
and community events to improve their business district.
The city has hired Urban Place Consulting to conduct the feasibility study of establishing a PBID
in Magnolia Park. If your own or operate a business in the proposed area below, please join us
for one of our workshops to learn more.
