The City of Burbank’s Community Development Department: Planning Division invites you to join City staff for a virtual Informational Community Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025. The Community Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom (https://burbankca.zoom.us/j/88312782770?pwd=JWREIOE3quIQ95nxVsrOtrAqKgmEMA.1 ).

At the meeting City staff will provide updates on work being undertaken to update the City’s existing Density Bonus Ordinance (the Project). More specifically, at the meeting staff will provide (1) an overview of updates being considered to the City’s density bonus ordinance to ensure consistency with recent updates to state law and (2) an overview of a proposed draft community benefits program that would create a mechanism to produce community benefits in exchange for additional density and streamlining for certain housing projects in the City.
