Metro has a plan to make it easier to get around LA, which includes better transit with Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) between the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys. 
Project Overview
Construction is set to begin this year for the North Hollywood to Pasadena Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project. The new BRT will add 22 modern bus stations between NoHo and Pasadena, offering service that's faster, more frequent and more reliable than regular bus service. 

The zero-emission BRT will connect North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock, and Pasadena using dedicated bus lanes and all-door boarding, improving access to jobs and key destinations - especially in an area without a premium transit service.

The project is in final design and preparing to begin construction in Pasadena in spring 2026.

Metro invites you to attend any of six community meetings along the corridor to learn about the latest design updates, station locations, and early construction details. We hope you'll join us. 

All meetings will offer the same information. In-person meetings will be held in an open house format, allowing you to stop by at your convenience.
