Burbank Housing Rights Workshop
Join us for a free virtual workshop designed for Burbank renters and landlords. This session will cover essential housing rights topics, including:

• Overview of federal and state fair housing laws
• Disability accommodations and modifications--requirements and how to request or respond
• Source of income protections, including Section 8 and other rental subsidies
• Information on the California Tenant Protection Act (AB 1482) and Burbank’s Tenant Protection Ordinance—when they apply, rent increase limits, and eviction requirements
