Press Release: Black Angus Steakhouse Opens Headquarters in Downtown Burbank

Burbank, CA (December 8, 2022) – Black Angus Steakhouse has opened its headquarters in Downtown Burbank. The 3,000-square-foot location at 111 N. 1st St., Suite 204, Burbank, CA 91502, will serve as a home base for approximately 25 corporate employees, working both in-house and in-field.

The City’s Economic Development team (Econ Dev), which is part of the Community Development Department, was instrumental in finding space for the popular restaurant chain to call home.  Econ Dev is responsible for evaluating economic growth in Burbank, as well as striving to create jobs, encouraging innovation, attracting new investments, increasing sales tax revenue, creating vibrant neighborhoods, and improving the quality of life for all.

“We saw this as an advantageous opportunity for Black Angus and they agreed,” said Economic Development Manager Mary Hamzoian. “The location will benefit Black Angus’ customers and staff, and in return contribute to the robust economy of Downtown Burbank.”

The advantages of locating the headquarters in Downtown Burbank are numerous. As Nick Wuthrich Director of Revenue & Treasury at Black Angus explains, “Aside from the obvious aesthetic advantages of this area, Black Angus’ new headquarters also enables our team to test new menu items and initiatives easily, thanks to the fact that we are within walking distance from our popular Burbank location on Ikea Way.”
