Burbank PD News Release: Robbery Investigation Leads to Three Arrests
On November 16, 2025, at about 10:46 p.m., Burbank Police officers responded to Third Street and Delaware Road regarding a reported traffic collision. When the officers arrived, the involved parties informed them they had just been robbed.
The investigation revealed the victims were involved in a traffic collision and were approached by two uninvolved male suspects moments after. The suspects engaged the victims in conversation before attempting to forcibly remove a gold necklace from one of them, resulting in a physical altercation. During the incident, the suspects stole the victim’s property and fled toward a waiting white SUV driven by a female accomplice.
Detectives immediately initiated an investigation, reviewing surveillance video and utilizing technology to identify the suspect vehicle.
On November 19, 2025, the suspect vehicle was located by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – Walnut Station. Deputies detained two male adults and one female adult matching the suspects’ descriptions. A search of the vehicle revealed the stolen property from the robbery that occurred in the City of Burbank, clothing linked to the incident, and additional suspected stolen property.
The suspects have been identified as 31-year-old Brenda Ramirez Ohlmann, a resident of Rhode Island; 31-year-old Victor Gabriel Correa De Los Santos, a resident of New York; and 33-year-old Manuel Milciades Felipe Medina, also a resident of New York. All three were arrested by Burbank Police detectives and booked for 211 PC - Robbery, a felony.
The case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, which filed one count of 211 PC and one count of 182/211 PC, felonies, against all three suspects.
