Burbank Police Department: Scam Calls

The Burbank Police Department has recently become aware of "spoofing" calls claiming to be from BPD. The caller tells the individual that they have warrants for their arrest and to submit payment in the form of gift cards or money orders. The Burbank Police Department will not call to tell you there are warrants for your arrest and ask you to pay us any money using gift cards or money orders.
