Burbank’s Chief Information Officer Recognized Among Top 10 City Government CIOs for 2023

Burbank, CA (July 31, 2023) – Government CIO Outlook Magazine has recognized Burbank’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), Kevin Gray, as one of the top 10 City CIOs of the year. Mr. Gray has served as Burbank’s CIO since 2018 and is responsible for driving the City’s digital transformation and technology strategies, as well as managing the overall operations of the Information Technology Department.
