Burbank’s Chief Information Officer Recognized Among Top 10 City Government CIOs for 2023

Burbank, CA (July 31, 2023) – Government CIO Outlook Magazine has recognized Burbank’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), Kevin Gray, as one of the top 10 City CIOs of the year. This prestigious award is given to the CIOs who have played an important role in understanding and seamlessly implementing technological and operational processes in their respective cities.

Mr. Gray has served as Burbank’s CIO since 2018 and is responsible for driving the City’s digital transformation and technology strategies, as well as managing the overall operations of the Information Technology Department. His service-first approach has enabled the city to achieve modernization, cost reduction, and maximize effectiveness across all departments.
