LADWP River Supply Conduit Project Update

As you may be seeing, the RSC 7 Construction Project along Riverside Drive, behind the sound wall, is coming to an end. As a requirement from the City of Burbank, we will be paving Riverside Drive from 500 feet East of Bob Hope Drive, through the Buena Vista Intersection. Portions of the street will still be open to 2‐way traffic during the operation. This will not be a full street closure, but there will be no street parking and traffic will be reduced both nights and Caltrans on and off ramps will either be closed or restricted.

On Tuesday Aug 15, 2023 ‐ The existing pavement will first be ground down by 2‐inches. Temporary traffic striping will be placed on the street until the final operation is complete. Due to traffic requirements, the working hours are 9pm to 5am.

On Thursday Aug 17, 2023 ‐ The ground pavement will receive a 2‐inch overlay of new asphalt. Due to traffic requirements, the working hours are 9pm to 5am.

Week of September 1st, final pavement striping will be performed on Riverside Dr., during day‐time
working hours.
