March 26, 2024 City Council Reminders

Please review the following reminders before attending the March 26, 2024 City Council Meeting at City Hall:

• Chamber doors open at 5:15 p.m.
• Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
• ADA Accessible elevator is available in the rear entrance of City Hall.
• All other guests are asked to use the Third Street entrance.
• Guests may choose from the attached 4 public comment options:

General Public Comment Period

• 1 Minute Speaking Card* (yellow card) *ONE MINUTE SPEAKERS WILL GO FIRST
• 3 Minute Speaking Card (blue card)

Report to Council Public Comment Period

• 1 Minute Speaking Card* (pink card) *ONE MINUTE SPEAKERS WILL GO FIRST
• 3 Minute Speaking Card (green card)
