Metro is building faster, more reliable bus service with Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) between the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys.

Project Overview
The North Hollywood to Pasadena BRT Project will add 22 modern bus stations connecting NoHo, Burbank, Glendale, Eagle Rock and Pasadena. The zero-emission BRT will use dedicated bus lanes and all-door boarding to provide faster, more frequent and more reliable service while improving access to jobs, schools and key destinations.

Construction is underway!
Construction began in Pasadena in April 2026, with work expected to begin in Glendale as early as late August. Construction is anticipated to expand to NoHo, Eagle Rock and Burbank in fall 2026 as the project continues to advance.

You’re Invited to Get Construction Ready
Metro invites you to attend an upcoming community meeting to ask questions and to learn about the next phase of the project and what construction will mean for your neighborhood. Join us to learn about:

  • When and where construction will occur
  • Common construction activities and typical work hours
  • Temporary impacts to traffic lanes, parking and pedestrian access
  • How Metro will keep the community informed

Whether you live, work, own a business or travel along the corridor, this is your opportunity to learn what to expect as construction moves into your community.
