Street Closures & Livestream Information for Memorial Ceremony Honoring Police Canine Spike

Please be advised that Third Street will be closed to through traffic between Olive Avenue and Magnolia Boulevard from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, for the Memorial Ceremony Honoring Police Canine Spike.  Please avoid the area of unnecessary travel bounded by Magnolia on the north, Olive on the south, Glenoaks on the east, and San Fernando on the west.  

Additionally:

• The City Hall parking lot located on the corner of Third and Orange Grove will be closed to the public during the event.  Alternate City Hall Parking can be found on surrounding streets at the Court House and Community Services Building Lot. 
• Please be mindful of all parking restrictions.  Parking will be restricted and enforced on both sides of 1) Palm Avenue from Glenoaks Boulevard to San Fernando Boulevard, and 2) Orange Grove between Third and San Fernando between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
