ProjectDox System Upgrade September 10-12

The City of Burbank’s Community Development Department is rolling out upgrades to ProjectDox, the city’s electronic plan check system for building projects. Upgrades to the system will enhance the user experience and streamline the review process. 

The new system will feature:

• Sleek, modern, and more user-friendly interface
• New features designed to optimize efficiency and usability
• Improved integration tools with Bluebeam and EPALS

The system upgrade will go live on Monday, September 15, 2025. Please be advised that ProjectDox will be temporarily unavailable from September 10-12 while the upgrade is completed. Users are encouraged to complete any urgent tasks ahead of this time.
