City Council Meeting Participation

To view the Agenda and all pertinent documents for an upcoming meeting click on ”Agenda” under Upcoming Events.

Members of the public are encouraged to attend public meetings of the City Council and the City's Boards, Commissions and Committees. The City Council generally meets on Tuesdays at 6:00pm. Auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals with speech, vision, or hearing impairments (48-hour notice is required.)

Videos for all archived meetings are arranged by date, with the most recent at the top of the list. Minutes will be available after approval. You can also search the archives by typing keywords into the Search box. An asterisk (*) denotes that these meetings are not archived; only Agendas and/or Minutes are available. Live and archived video can be viewed on most desktop browsers and a range of popular mobile devices. For additional information on supported platforms, please view the minimum system requirements.

  1. Written Comments: Submit through eComment on the City website from the time the agenda is posted until one hour before the meeting begins. eComments will be distributed to the City Council in advance of the meeting.

The Presiding Officer has the discretion to reduce speaking time for each speaker, depending on the number of speakers, in order to ensure that City business can be completed at a reasonable hour.
