Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

A six-story hotel on a 69,696 square foot lot. The area of the proposed hotel is 80,183 square feet, and it will include 150 guest rooms, along with a ground level bar, fitness center, and meeting rooms. This project was approved on February 11, 2021.

The project site is a part of Avion Burbank Project, located on 61-acres of land in Airport (AP) zone, and General Industrial  (M-2) zone. More specifically, the Project site is located in the northern portion of the PD area (PD No. 16-0004646), at the intersection of San Fernando Blvd and Hollywood Way. The Project site is surrounded by office and retail buildings towards the south and west, retail, and industrial use towardes the east, and industrial use seperated by railway tracts towards the north.

The project site is in Planned Development zone and has been subjected to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) anaylsis as a part of a larger Planned Development Project No. 16-0004646. City Council approved the Environmental Impact Report for the Project March 26, 2019. The EIR document is available on the City's website.
