Warner Bros Studio Tour Center

Warner Brothers Studio (WB) is constructing a new approximately 487,000 square foot 7-story 9six floors above grade and one floor subterranean) building that will contain space for a new studio tour center and parking for approximately 962 vechicles and 90 tour carts. The studio tour center, located on the ground floor of the building, will contain administrative office space and a new visitor reception area that includes retail, cafe, and assembly areas related to the studio tour experience. Visitor parking will be located on the upper floors of the building and tour carts will be stored on the subterranean level of the building. The new studio tour center is intended to allow WB to consolidate all tour center operation on the main studio lot.
