Be advised of a full road closure of Front Street, from Burbank Blvd to south of the Magnolia Bridge Overpass, from 9:00PM on Friday, December 5 through 5:00AM on Monday, December 8 for roadway improvements.

On December 6, 2025, Olive Avenue will be closed between Glenoaks Boulevard and San Fernando Boulevard from approximately 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Third Street, between Olive Avenue and Orange Grove Avenue, will also be closed during this time for the Mayor’s Tree Lighting Ceremony

Please be advised of a temporary overnight closure of the I-5 North to 134 West interchange (Exit 144B) that will take place from 11:00PM on Thursday, December 4 through 3:00AM on Friday, December 5 for emergency sewer rehabilitation work being done by the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works and LA Sanitation & Environment. Schedule is subject to change due to weather and other unforseen circumstances.

Starting in January 2026, Burbank Water and Power (BWP) will begin to replace the aging water pipeline along Magnolia Boulevard between Catalina Street and Varney Street.
