The City of Burbank and Burbank Water and Power (BWP) has prided itself on the utilities’ ability to provide low-cost, reliable electric service to our community. We remain committed to that goal. At the same time, there are cost pressures caused by short supplies, rising construction prices, current inflation, and required socially responsible environmental changes that will change the way we do business.
