  • On April 14, 2023, the City of Burbank received a Notice of Intent (NOI) to submit an application for a Streamlined Ministerial Approval Process pursuant to Government Code Section 65913.4 to construct a three-story residential structure, containing a total of 39 units ranging from 699 to 1,132 square feet in size and a total of 57 parking spaces under a semi-subterranean parking level. 
  • The SB 35 NOI application is scheduled for the June 13, 2023 City Council meeting for City Council consideration of site eligibility requirements as noted in Government Code Section 65913.4 section (a)(2)(A-C) in accordance with Burbank Municipal Code Section 10-1-19302(A)(3).
