Financial Services

The Financial Services Department provides accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, debt management, deferred compensation administration, fixed asset management, internal audit management, procurement services, payroll, Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) reporting, and revenue collection services.

The department is committed to quality and excellence, ensuring the financial integrity of the City and its related agencies.

We maintain a system of internal controls and provide financial reporting.

We prepare and monitor the annual operating and capital improvement program budgets.

We manage the buying of materials, supplies, and services.

We forecast, collect, and monitor the City's major revenues and fees.
